Delete my account
You can delete your تي شيرت account and its data at any time — from inside the app, or by sending us a request if you no longer have it installed. You do not need an account to make the request.
- Open تي شيرت and go to the Profile tab
- Tap the settings icon in the corner
- Open Account settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
Deletion runs immediately. You will be signed out on this device.
Tell us the phone number your account is registered to and we will delete it. Messaging us on WhatsApp from that same number is the quickest route, because it confirms the request is yours without anything further from you.
We action deletion requests as soon as we can, and within 30 days at the latest. We will confirm by reply once it is done.
01 What gets deleted
Erased permanently, and not recoverable:
- Your profile — name, phone number, and any date of birth, gender or favourite teams you set
- Your sign-in record, so the phone number no longer maps to an account
- Saved delivery addresses
- Your wishlist and cart
- Your predictions, points and leaderboard entries
- Your referral code and referral history
- Your push notification tokens
Unused wallet credit is forfeited. Credit has no cash value and cannot be paid out or transferred. Spend it before you delete your account if you want to use it.
02 What we have to keep

Retained order records are stripped of your personal details as soon as the statutory period allows. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
03 If you have an order in progress
Deleting your account does not cancel an order that is already on its way. Contact us first if you want an open order cancelled — once the account is gone we can no longer link you to it in the app.
